Is my watch waterproof?

Bounshi watches are 5ATM water resistant, thanks to a screwed case back allowing a better water resistance than most classical watches. This level of waterproofing is suitable for everyday use and an occasional and short shallow swim, but in order to preserve your watch we advise you to not shower or swim with it.

 

Is my watch mechanical or quartz?

Bounshi watches have a quartz Japanese Miyota movement.

 

My watch stopped, what can I do?

The battery of the movement is probably flat, go to a watch repair shop to have it changed.

Is there a warranty on my watch?

Every Bounshi watch has a 2 year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Please refer to our warranty policy for details.

 

Does my watch have a serial number?

Yes, is it engraved on the case back.

You can find the name of the creative on the case back of your watch, as well as on your watch box. Bounshi × ‘Name of the artist’.
