Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Express Shipping: 2-3 days

Returns

Customers can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for:

  • Change of Mind
  • Damaged Items
  • Received Wrong Item

Warranty concerns are handled separately and are not part of this returns policy.

 

Damaged Item

Requirements:

  • Item must not have been used.
  • Must include photos of the damage.

Fees: None
Eligible for: Exchange OR 100% Refund

What doesn’t count as damaged?

  • Minor scratches on the watch case or strap
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
  • Damaged packaging (unless the watch itself is affected)

DISCLAIMER: Minor alignment issues with watch hands may not be considered damage.

 

Received Wrong Item

Requirements:

  • Photo of the incorrect item received.
  • Photo of the SKU sticker on the original packaging.

Fees: None
Eligible for: Exchange or Store Credit for the item’s value.

If the correct item is no longer available, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.

 

Change of Mind Returns

Requirements:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition (including all tags and packaging).

Fees:

  • 5% restocking fee (deducted from refund).
  • Customer covers return shipping costs.
  • If the original order had free shipping, a $5.95 fee will be deducted from the refund.

Eligible for:

  • 95% cash refund (after restocking fee)
  • 100% store credit (no deduction)

DISCLAIMER: If the watch shows signs of wear, we can only refund 50% of the original price.


Warranty Concerns

Requirements:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Images/videos of the defect.

Fees: Customer covers return shipping.
Eligible for: Repair or replacement (if repair is not possible).

DISCLAIMERS:

  • If a repaired watch is refused, we will only refund 50% of its value.
  • If the watch is discontinued and cannot be repaired, you will receive 100% store credit.
  • Warranty repairs may take 3–24 months, depending on the issue.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Watches bought from clearance sales or special promotions.
  • Gift cards.
  • Watch straps sold separately.
  • Watch tools or accessories.
  • Any item purchased under $15.
  • Worn or used watches (except for warranty claims).
